Our field force consists of 1.000 skilled and trained interviewers, either women or men.
100 of them are specialized in Qualitative, in depth interviews
200 of them are specialized in mystery shopping (different profiles available)
Our network covers the whole Italian territory, including islands.
Eight qualified Supervisor, two per each Nielsen Area, are supported and assisted by the internal Field Coordinator through all the steps of the survey.
Personal, as well as telephone briefing, are conducted in addition to written instruction, prepared on purpose for each study/questionnaire.
Regular controls on 20% of each interviewer's assignement are performed either by Supervisors, or directly by the Head Office, through telephone calls and double check of critical issues (elegibility criteria).
